Ashley is the Founder & CEO of Prosper Rx Consulting and a lead instructor for the Primary Care Pharmacy Institute. She is a Top 100 Innovator and Entrepreneur awardee and has built her consulting career around helping medical clinics and health systems integrate clinical pharmacist services.
Her work focuses on improving patient care, reducing hospitalizations, preventing medication harm, and increasing practice revenue through pharmacist-led clinical services. Ashley brings experience in MTM, geriatrics, learning and development, and physician collaboration.
When she is not teaching, Ashley advocates for pharmacists and helps professionals build careers that align with their purpose, skills, and lifestyle.
Dr. Marissa Blumenthal, PharmD, BCPS
Marissa is the Founder, COO, and CPO of Prosper Rx Consulting and a lead instructor for the Primary Care Pharmacy Institute. She leads with honesty, openness, and a genuine desire to help pharmacists succeed in clinical practice.
Her teaching style is down-to-earth, practical, and focused on helping pharmacists turn their clinical skills into impact, independence, and sustainable patient care. Marissa has experience as a health system pharmacist, outpatient ambulatory care pharmacist, and clinical sports pharmacist.
Through PCPI, Marissa helps inspire pharmacists to believe in themselves, create meaningful careers, and build clinical practices that support better patient outcomes.
